Exchange & Return

Purchases are non-refundable. Each dough are made to order, and fresh upon your order received. Thus, colour may slightly differ from photos.

To request for an exchange and/or return, please send us an email at sales@doughnme.sg within 5 days’ upon receiving the item, with the reason stated.

*Please state in the email, the item you would like to return & the reason(s) for exchange/return.

We will provide you with an address to which the item should be returned to upon receiving your details.

All exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer you store credits for your next purchase. 

All delivery/shipping fees for return will be borne by customers.
